In these virtual times during COVID, it has become increasingly important to hire the right people without the benefit of in-person interviews. We help employees evaluate specific position needs and ensure their hiring systems identify and evaluate top quality candidates. We also help companies assess and develop talent to ensure people are better equipped to be effective in their jobs and prepare them for progress in their career.
We worked with an investment banking company that was building its trading function. We conducted assessments for incumbents to understand their personality strengths, risks and underpinning motivations and values. Armed with this information, we were able to create a hiring protocol used to assess candidates for their fit with the department as well as fill gaps in expertise needed as the investment landscape changed.
